Citron Soleil Reed Diffuser

Blended in small batches in Perth with fine-fragrance oils and an alcohol-free, bio-based diffuser medium made from naturally derived ingredients.

Designed to draw evenly through the reeds and release fragrance continuously for up to six months. Longevity may vary with the fragrance composition, room temperature, airflow and frequency of turning the reeds.

Place the diffuser on a stable, protected surface, away from direct sunlight, heat and open flames.

Allow the reeds time to absorb the fragrance.

When the scent begins to soften, carefully turn them over to refresh the diffusion. Turn the reeds over a sink or protected surface and take care not to drip the liquid.

Wipe spills immediately, as diffuser liquid may damage polished, painted or porous surfaces.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

Do not ingest.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

We currently ship eligible products within Australia. For an enquiry outside Australia, please email info@atelierfrancy.com. We will confirm whether the products can be shipped to your destination and provide a shipping quote before purchase.

Room Sprays & Reed Diffusers

Online postage for room sprays (interior fragrance sprays) and reed diffusers is temporarily unavailable. Perth customers can email info@atelierfrancy.com before ordering to discuss local delivery options.

Domestic Orders

Standard delivery for eligible products is $12 for orders under $100 and complimentary for orders of $100 or more.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–10 business days, depending on your location.

All prices are in AUD.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery

If we address your parcel incorrectly, we will re-deliver, replace or refund the item, at your option. We cannot take responsibility for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be unused and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Change of mind. 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

Once we have received your returned goods, a refund, replacement product or store credit will be issued.

If your product is faulty, Francy will cover any reasonable return costs with   postage or freight receipts provided to us.

If your product is lost or damaged, we will replace it!
