Ordering Information 

Hi!  We hope you love your home fragrance as much as we have enjoyed bringing this to you.  All our products are hand-poured in our Studio.

Returns 

We accept returns within 30 days of dispatch, provided products are unused and in resalable condition.  Product must be returned in original packaging and undamaged.

To process a return, please contact us immediately at info@atelierfrancy.com and we will arrange a return.  Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods returned in satisfactory condition.

After the return has been lodged, you will received a postage label to return your order to us.  The shipping costs for returns are at the customer's own expense.  The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total, unless Francy is at fault.  

Alternatively, you can swap or return your choice in our Studio in Southern River.  Please email us at info@atelierfrancy.com to arrange a return or swap.

Claims

Please carefully review your goods upon receipt.  If goods are damaged, a photo of contents and damaged outer packaging/boxes may be required to settle a claim with the freight carrier.
