Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship to Australia and New Zealand.  For anywhere else in the world, please email info@atelierfrancy.com and we will send you a quote.

Domestic Orders 

FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $65 (orders within Australia only).  Delivery can take up to 1 - 10 days depending upon your location.

We offer three shipping methods:

• Pick up from our Studio in Southern River - FREE
• Domestic Standard (FREE for orders over $65) - $10.00 
• Domestic Express Shipping - $25.00 

All prices are in AUD.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery

We will re-deliver, replace or refund the item (at your option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery.  We take no such responsibility if you give an incorrect or insufficient address.
